First time to The Pond for dinner. The special was Butter Chicken. It was deicious! Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Had a really wonderful time. The Blackberry Margaritas were a big hit, definitely recommending this place to others. Thank you!

Delightful Hidden Gem in Barnhartvale! This garden centre, and little restaurant is full of knick knacks and rustic, country charm. I went to check out the live acoustic music by Dave Coalmine Band and was delighted! Fantastic Thai chicken bites and nachos! Crafty delicious summer bevvies to choose from as well! Impeccable service and a great venue all around. I loved it!

The Pond is my favourite local restaurant slash gift shop slash garden centre! The food is delicious and home made, with the feature lunch special of the day always being my go-to! The ambiance is charming with inside or outside patio seating that spills onto the lawn next to the pond and all of the plants for sale. They do off-sales of wine to take home and have a very cool selection of vintage candy as well as local honey, jewellery, soaps, and novelty gift items. The patio is dog-friendly and they’ll bring a bucket of water for your pooch. Call ahead to make a reso on their live music evenings.

First time here. The food is amazing! Well priced great portions! The atmosphere is fantastic-warm and welcoming. There’s even live music, always a plus. The service is outstanding! I definitely recommend coming.

Absolutely wonderful experience .. we throughly enjoyed! We sat on their patio which and had a beautiful scenery .. we shopped in the retail space and found all sorts of fun things to bring home.. topper was having the owner great us and took the time to tell us her incredibly story of how they became the new owners 5 years back.. from not being in the industry of food and beverage your doing one incredible job and it shows throughout your space!! We look forward to sharing our experience with others and we can’t wait to come back. Kass & Shane

Food is always delicious. I love the pond grilled cheese. All salads are also so great. The service is also very good. I can’t say enough good things about the food.
